About the role:

As the Senior Team Administrator, you play a vital role in supporting Executives and Senior Leaders to deliver positive, person-centred outcomes. Working closely with the Executive Officer, you provide high-quality proactive administrative and coordination support that enables the Leadership team to focus on what matters most: safety, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes for the people we support.

You are a trusted and reliable point of contact, known for your professionalism, discretion and collaborative approach. You help keep priorities on track, information flowing, and systems working efficiently, while living Endeavour Foundation's values every day.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment and enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ideal applicant will be a 'go getter', organised and proactive in their administrative skills, forward planner in scheduling meetings, mastermind in calendar management for multiple senior leaders and experienced in other ad hoc tasks including travel booking, minutes taking and preparing future agendas. You will be the glue to keep our executives in being amazing to the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support including calendar management
  • Manage meetings, correspondence and documentation to support effective use of leadership time and priorities
  • Track and follow up action items arising from meetings as requested.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events including venue or room bookings, attendance, catering and the distribution of meeting documents.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation including agendas, papers, presentations, reports and minutes
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Support financial processes through accurate expense management, travel bookings and adherence to financial policies and processes.


Role Requirements:

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent - Advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support to Senior Leaders/Executives/General managers or leadership teams with quality outcomes.
  • Hold or Willing to obtain: NDIS Yellow Card, Blue Card and Police check, Drivers licence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A digitally curious mindset, with advanced skills in using Microsoft Office and other programs to streamline efficiencies.
